i was gonna say to do an insurance claim and say that a big dog ran out and bit your car... that shouldn't raise your premium, but your deductable might be more then the cost of the repair?

You're definitely going to have to go to a body shop for repairs.

Your best bet is to visit at least 3 body shops for estimates. That'll give you a good idea of what repairs will cost and what kind of work will be involved.

Depending on the cost you may have the option of going through your insurance company or paying out of pocket.

well it looks like i will be going with a all new front bumper. i like the L Creation one but i dont know if i would like it on a sebring car without aftermarket wheels. Im also thinking j's racing. Anyone have any recomendations as what would look good with stock wheels?

I say stick with stock bumper and add an amuse, gears or OEM lip to it...My 2 cents.

you can add multiple layers of touchup? But that might get messy.
