Yes, I think you guys are missing the whole point of this car. It certainly isn't meant as a drag car. I live in New England and it was a beautiful, sunny day today. I put the top down, turned up the heat, put on my sunglasses and took the back roads to work this afternoon. What a blast! Carving through the twisty back roads, this thing handles like a sophisticated version of the go-carts I drove as a kid. The way it goes through the turns is amazing! No improvements needed.

Id rather the car be discontinued...let our cars gain a little worth...

Bring out something new and different.

I'd like to see that happens in Honda, in fact if we see these cars, it means we are already in heaven, I am certainly willing to pay 45 grands for a new Honda S2000, but yeah, what you wrote, makes perfect sense, but what doesn't make sense to me at all, is why Honda is not doing any of that, it's just so sad, honestly, I just gave up hoping that we will have another sports car from Honda.

I laugh every time I read this. I bought a triumph TR4 back when I was 18 years old, it was considered quite a capable sports car in its day and still was pretty decent when I bought it 12 years after it was sold new. I still have that car now 32 years later, and it is just now starting to appreciate considerably in value. I never considered the value as my reason for holding on to it all these years, it is just plain fun to drive, even if it only goes 0 to 60 in 10.5 seconds.

If you want a car as an investment I would recommend buying a pristine early 60s jag or something similar, otherwise prepare for a long wait.
