After seeing Schatten's revision of the story on S2ki.com i called the internet sales guy that was apperently 'unhappy' about my post to see what reason he had to be unhappy.
Apparently they've been flooded with emails regarding this incident. I told him if you don't want to hear what people have to say, forward it to the right person. nothing wrong with me posting the truth, if it helps someone else avoid the same fate.
Well after reading someones post on here about Lute Riley taking their car for a 102mile joy ride, i decided to take my car to John Eagle to get the damage appraised instead. (quick friendly service there, in & out in about 10-15mintues.)
$212 + $60 (2 day car rental) faxed it to Jim Overdove he agreed to pay it. we'll see. and i'll definately let ya know.

Insomniak, I certainly hope you can see my reason for the little disclaimer on the www.s2ki.com site, but it was requested to 'take care of it' and he implied removing it. I did not feel it was right to delete that particular piece of content, but instead, included a little bit more information that I hope not to mess up the situation with the dealership and you.
I did read all of your posts, I understand on the milage. But I had to make a political decision as to not make it a total ranting on the dealership itself and move it to (hopefully) help your situation by making a more objective commentary as I have already spoken to the dealership.
I, like others that help out with www.s2ki.com, are here to help out consumers of the s2000's and future s2000's. We're just trying to look out for the best outcome for you and the dealership.

Schatten: no worries. i completely understand. The response A.J.'s already recieved has completely changed their treatment of me.. from a voiceless kid.. to 'what do you need Sir'. and i really appreciate it. and i understand.. especially for someone you don't know.. its not worth putting your neck on the line and an entire communities.. but luckly whats already happended is enough to make a differnce. as far as legal action.. no fear.. i talked to a local lawyer.. as long as what is posted is the truth, they have no ground unless they want to make their situation even worse.
