Just a note... you don't have to read because i'm just complaining...
i had been on this board awhile now and i spend basically 2-3 hr. per day just on this site along. but sometimes when i reply to some threads or post some questions nobody seems to care. like this one i don't know why and this is not the first time it happened. sometimes i would wonder if it's because the words i'm typing is not English or it's because the questions i asked were stupid... or maybe i should just be a post whore or a really smart guy that share my knowledge and experience so that people on this board will know me and so that the questions i ask will seem to have some more value? this is kind of sad. i'm just looking for some answers.
people who replied to my past threads i did appreciate a lot and this board is one of the greatest internet site that i have ever been on and i will not stop because it has more value than a S2K in fact because of this site it made our S2Ks have more valuable.

I'll take a stab at it...
You only gave the question a few hours - maybe people were at work, or busy, or maybe the people with the same issue are on vacation, or maybe nobody has a clue how to help you. Only 27 people have read the thread, and that's a very small sampling of the S2000 community to expect an answer from.
As for myself, about your original question - is it the pedal, or the brakes themselves? If the pedal, I have no idea. If it's the brakes, you need to visually inspect them to determine if they're wearing thin or not.

Take your S to a dealer. I take my car in for every single rattle coming from the rooftop. New cars (especially Honda) are not suppose to squeak and rattle
