Default Jackson Racing Supercharger

How many people would be interested if Jackson Racing were to make a supercharger for the s2000. I called them and asked them why they don't have one out for our car when Comptech, and also Vortech just came out with one. His answer to me was that there was not a big enough market for S2000 superchargers. I would like to show them otherwise... Any response would help. I am interested in one if Jackson Racing came out with one.

Unless it's a roots type blower, why would one from Jackson racing be any better than the Vortech unit?

the WHP numbers for JRSC'ed Hondas are really, really unimpressive.

and besides...supercharging is a waste of money, IMO. if you are gonna do something, do it right: TURBO!

Sorry, I think they are right. Their system requires more complicated development and fabrication than just plumbing a centrifugal pump like the others.

writing to them and calling, trying to convince them to make an SC for our cars has been tried several times before. I doubt they will change their mind now. But its always worth a shot

I had a 5th gen JRSC Lude try to race me one time....I dunno if he didn't have it tuned or didn't know how to drive, but I spanked him BIG TIME and I'm still stock. He tried it twice, and didn't even come close.

I've never been impressed with the numbers from the JRSC, but I do have to give it to them, they are probably the most reliable and streetable system.

This is the email i sent to them and my responce.

Hi guys,

People on s2ki.com are begging for a roots type supercharger due to the fact that the vortech and the comptech supercharger dont make power till 4000rpm..and then road and track do a test of the vortech supercharger...13.9...hmm..my car did that stock...and with my intake, exhaust, and flywheel..its doing 13.6 now..but please consider this..alot of folks would definitely buy this kit. IM sure its not a problem to find an
owner that has a car for you to use..hell i would let yah use mine.
Anyway...have a good day and hope to be seeing a kit soon.

This was my responce:

Desmond,
Thank you for your interest in our product. Unfortunately, we will not be making a supercharger for the S2000. Sorry I could not be of further assistance.
