J's 70 RR :)
I just heard a 70 RR yesturday and my god is taht thing loud. It is not a joke nor are ppl joking when they say they need ear plugs. This thing was INSANNNNNNEE LOUD and i dont get bothered by exhaust noise but this really bothered me and gave me a few aches in the ear for about 30 min. I am telling you, this was INSANNEE.

I'm with you mate. I dynomatted my boot, spare tyre area, decatted (which did reduce drone) but still the T1-R 63mm droned at 3.5K. I too was annoyed with those who had posted on the GB thread that there was no drone. Now I take everything I read on this board with a pinch of salt (except those who are very knowledgeable (and we just lost one, xviper

anyone in socal that wants to hear a 70rr, stop by and see giff here at bulletproof. he runs the j's header and 70rr on his daily driven s2k. he makes a ~40 mile round trip daily. so it is all subjective on volume.
i personally like the sound of it but i've definitely got no issue with exhaust sounds since i run a full gutted itr daily with a test piped exhaust.
the quality is good and the gains are there, but it's basically a straight pipe from the header back imo. r1000 seems to have more muffling characteristics.
