dude that's not off topic....i wanna hear about this too...so far i know that comptech has superior build quality, fujitsubo is the most afordable, and supersprint i really don't know much about except that they're coming out with a new exhaust soon...

 

Thanks, midnight. I'm honestly not all that interested in performance as none of these exhausts really provide any noticeable gains. With that said, can anyone comment on the sound of each of these. I've heard the clips on s2000library.com, but I'm still having a hard time deciding which sounds better. The less fart can and the more F1 sounding the better. Also, should I consider the HKS exhaust? Thanks!

 

It has been said that the supersprint exhaust is "the best sounding" exhaust for the S2000. It is a little pricey for a SS exhaust, but the build quality should be top notch.

 

Thanks cuonice! From the clips I've heard, the supersprint sounds the nicest with the comptech sounding almost as good. But yes, the price is a bit steep. Another good thing about the supersprint for AP2 owners is that the exhaust tips are oval. Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

they are...but that's my problem....i'm going to aftermarket exhaust partly for that reason....i think a round tip complements the oval cut outs better than oval tips on an AP2 bumper...that's just my opinion, but i like round tips...it alloows you to see the can behing it a lot more...

 

i like the perfectly perfect ones....... lol just playin.... i cant really tell that much of a difference bt oval and round... The HKS sounds great!! go to thier site and they have clips.

 

My vote goto Fujitsubo, look great and sound perfect for daily drive. And you can get one for well under $1000, but the quality is just as good if not better than those over $1000 exhaust out there.

 

true...but I just trust the Comptech brand a little more....it just seems like they have great r and d....

 

Im sorry but the J's mufflers look like limp dicks

 

If you are looking for a sound then you should definatley go HKS High power. Ask around people love the sound it sounds like a ferrari.
