Wow... strange. I ordered the greddy turbo kit about a month ago and get nothing but A+ service from him.

I ordered it on a Wednesday and asked him for an ETA/Tracking every other day via e-mail and got responses within an hour. I was always e-mailing him because I wanted to have it before the next weekend so I could have it on MLK weekend. After 9 days...on a friday, he said there was a mixup in shipping from the manufacturer and it was sent to him instead of me. He then OVERNIGHTED it to me for Saturday Delivery on his DIME and kept our deal of having the kit by MLK weekend.

I shocked there are 3 cases of people not receiving their stuff. I will still go back though because to me Greg was a stand up guy.... but again, I guess I wont be ordering the shift knob

Same here. I hope that everything works out for everyone. He was really helpful and understanding when I ordered my rims through him.

I made a note to call Monday if I don't get a reply before then. In my mind though a private message should have been sufficient.

Troof!

If your going to sell stuff on the internet . . .you should be able to reply to questions on the internet.

I jsut saw your email recent as of today, i will refund your knob prepayment. sorry for the oversight. upon order from our old for sale post, we said that they were out of stock, but on order after we had sold out, and closed the post.. I have done my best to try and get periodic updates the back order.

Im pretty sure you placed another order with as well, for an available item, and recieved it promptly. saying I've robbed you is a bit of a stretch. Refund will be sent this weekend.

Its only me here 95% of the time, so i realize at times my replies could be slightly faster. please, if there is ever some URGENT matter, please feel free to follow with a phone call if you feel ive overlooked you

[QUOTE=Kodokan_4,Feb 2 2008, 02:52 PM] I ordered a J's Shift Knob and a Muffler in OCTOBER - and 2 weeks later I ordered a CF Wing.

Haven't received any parts, and even though I've asked for updates twice, I haven't received any. (Yes, I have PM'd him.)

I ordered some other parts from another company that just went out of business, and I lost all the parts money. The credit card company said after 60 days, they won't help.

Now I'm getting pissed off about my order with Greg (J's Racing) at GT Motorsports.

I didn't order a shift knob, but I ordered a Samco Intake hose backed in December. He claimed that he sent it out before the holiday, but I never received it....Finally got a hold of him around 2 weeks ago, and he agreed to send out another one (on Jan. 18th), which should have arrived in 3 business days...still haven't got it as of today.

The weird thing is, I ordered a set of the Espelir springs from him and the package arrived timely...I tried PM, e-mail and even call the shop, but recived no responses thus far. I asked to get the tracking information of the 2nd shipment and to verify the address he's shipping to, but never got an answer. I hate to go with the paypal dispute route to get his attention, because he seems like a straight up guy, but maybe just busy. I would still appreciate some sort of communications though.

Thanks in advance

Eric
