Everyone needs to realize, stuff doesn't happen overnight, especially when dealing with large companies (producers) especially ones out of the country, or with sales representatives of those companies.

Greg (J's Racing) is taking all the heat (prob only a percentage of it is warrented) but he is the name everyone knows and consumers are not aware of everyone elses "hands" in on the order.

***i know nothing about the described situations. Just speaking my $0.02 in generalities about the business.

 

2 knobs were refunded. they werent special order items, so it no biggie. I dont want either of them feeling robbed or that im running away with their money or something. I'll inform you when the items are back in stock.

Greg has always provided me with great service. We had a slight mixup with the brake lines I got and he took care of it very promptly and was in constant communication the whole way. I was very impressed by the way he handled the situation and very happy with the transaction. He also helped a friend of mine with his brake pads. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again

 

I have faith in greg that everything will get resolved. Bought tons off stuff of him and have had no problems.
