Thumbs down Js Type S front Bumper

I am deeply considering the the new front bumper from Js racing. Anyone can guide me on this ? I will need to know if I shall retain in place all parts residing behind the OEM bumper like Stiffeners, absorber's, beams, all those kind of parts.

The reason am asking is simple. I recently had an accident and damaged most of the parts behind the bumper. So while at it, i consider changing the bumper. But am not sure if i will need/purchase all the other parts behind it.

For anyone who doesn't know which bumper am refereing to, Click here

Thanks

The Js lip comes about hald way up the bumper so I'd say you'd need to retain anything on the bottom half since it attached to the front bumper at the bottom half. Nice lip - I considered one myself. Good luck!

I have expierence on them and they don't require any modifications to fit the bumper. For the twin conards, you have to line them up on the bumper (which I tape it on the bumper firstly) then I marked the place where I should drill then do the drilling afterwards. Mind you the canards doesn't come pre-drilled so you have to drill the holes on the canards first then drill to the bumper.

Do i use the OEM parts which are behind the bumper which i stated before ?

With regards to the canards, I'll have to see how it looks without, and if it looks too bare, i'll order them and fit them. its good to have them taped first to get them symmetrical aligned. Don't want to drill holes for nothing.
