Thumbs down JDM Headlight Problem

So I received some JDM headlights for X-Mas and ran into a little issue with the install. The sockets for the turn signals do not fit in the JDM housing as the opening as slightly larger.

No problem, I just figure I will go search S2KI. Well here is what I found...

Back in 2002 someone posted this solution.

Qty 2 269612 Pigtail $7.95 each
Qty 2 454913 34906-ST5-003 Bulb $2.38 each
Qty 2 434904 33304-SL4-003 Socket $4.98 each

They never specified whether any wires had to be cut or spliced so I am hesitant to place the order.

Feb 2003 someone posted a link to Rick's website saying he sells the socket. Well needless to say the link is not longer active and there is nothing I could find on Rick's site.

In 2004 someone references these part numbers but neither Honda or Acura have these in their system.

34301-S1F-003
33303-ST7-J01

Any help would be appreciated as I'm POSITIVE someone has a solution.

Thank you all in advance and I apologize for the long post but I wanted you guys to see I tried before posting!!

Here's some info that was given to a friend when he'd done the JDM conversion. Hope it helps!

Thanks for the help. From the thread you linked it looks like someone gave him the sockets that I'm looking for and the part number in the pic looks to be the one someone referenced before.

33303-ST7-J01

But both Honda and Acura don't have this part in their system so I don't know what to do!!!

Maybe someone will donate the sockets to me too!!

After some more searching and reading I think Muz sells them on their site.

Thanks S2KBDub, I only decided to search Muz after reading the thread you linked where your friend states he was going to order from Muz.

JDM S2000 Headlight Indicator Socket

Looks like they are sold out but I sent them an e-mail.

I'll update this once I confirm these are correct for anyone else who runs into this problem. It does look like the bulbs will be different though which is not a problem.
