I was browsing the S2000 recalls on the Honda Japan website, and found these. One of them I haven't heard of as being a problem here, though I could be wrong.

Spark plug recall:

I found other interseting stuff too. Honda has a variety accessories not found here:

Performance exhaust, 5-setting sport suspension, knee pads (cushions) for the door & center tunnel, and titanium trim inlays.

The first two are the same here. Plugs not torqued to spec and the seat belt TSB is where the belt will lock easily and not let go (I still kind of experience that issue).
