Mingster: Count me in. As I understand, it has similar construction to the K&N (cloth and mesh reinforcing and washable); seems to increase performance over stock and drops right into the airbox w/o modification. But where do I send my money plus Calif. tax as a Calif. resident? You have my snail mail address. TIA dgl1

I can say from experience that you will hear a louder growl if you removed the air box. I'm using a custom made air filter with a custom aluminum adaptor for my S, and it's A LOT louder without the box. If only it didn't have that high pitched whine.....

Luis, can you let us know if it's louder?

Did not notice anything. But my car is now a bit louder than stock as a result of the new headers (thinner walls), exhaust (less sound proof) and an overall transmission noise worthy of Le Mans...
