There is a tutorial on how to open your headlights. That is your best shot if this doesn't get resolved the way you want it to.

go to them and complain and you'll understand why everyone is saying what they are saying.

I know how your feeling, your right, they are wrong, but they are right..

Its basically the exact same as our government if that clears it up for you any.

i do agree that there is a good chance that they messed it up. but are you 100% sure that it wasn't like that when you brought it in and that you are 100% sure it was the second that you left. i just thinking that it might take me untill the next time i wash my car to find something that subtle...

cause honestly there is nothing short of dropping it off the lift that could jolt it more than a god pot hole.

They dropped the headlight and the ring popped loose. Look for a scuff mark on the lip of the lens.

I just got my CPO s2k so I haven't had any experience with Honda dealerships yet, but with all the stories I've seen on here I'm not looking forward to it.

I wanna know why in the devils they would take off the headlights; I agree that scuff marks looks like they dropped the headlight.

no matter who's fault it is, try to warranty it through another dealer.

honda not taking care of that is like them not taking care of it if the paint flakes.
