Default Just got the S2k back from Dealership, and find...

They had it for a week trying to fix a rear end clunking noise, o2 sensor, airbag sensor, and front grill insert was loose.

I'm guessing that they took the front grill off to put the new insert in... And they must have done this SOMEHOW.

I was getting ready to detail the car today and find that the silver thing in the projector housing is coming loose. Isnt it a sealed headlight? How the hell can I fix this...

I called another Honda dealership and they said its cosmetic and they wont fix it under warrantee, if I think the dealer did it, I have to file a claim with them to fix it.

Good luck proving that they caused it. They will probably deny any sort of wrongdoing...

Honestly I doubt they did that. Looks like just a flaw in a clip on top.

Okay they put your headlights in the oven, went in there, brokeTEDIT.... then they sealed them back up and gave you the car.

Could it be that in taking off the front bumper they knocked it loose?

So my logic is faulty...

Thinking that if you bring a car into the service department in one condition and receive it back in worse condition...

Thats not their problem?

It is but sometimes the hassle to prove that its their fault is just not worth your time. I've had the wheels scratched at 2 different tire shops when mounting tires....and every time i point out that new scratches have appeared since I gave them the car....and they just flat out deny it. There's not a whole lot you can do unless you have proof that it was not like that before.

Problem is this; You didn't point it out before you left the dealer. You know how that goes.
