Just installed My New Strut Tower Brace...
#21
Here's what I came up with for the new layout of the ground wires:
I used a steel "T" brace (zync plated) so it won't rust.
3 bolts(1/4) 3 nuts, and 6 washers.
It took about an hour to re-route and figure out the best placement of
the 3 additional ground wires that were missing from the first images on this thread.

Looking good! I'm probably going to end up getting that same strut bar, I'm also considering selling my Comptech intake for the K&N FIPK like yours.

That's the BEST compliment that can be paid to someone who really takes
care of their vehicle... thanks man!
This car has seen two winters and three dusty summers,
it's never been to a detailer..... I clean everything I can reach
Hopefully, it will look just like it does now, in four years when it's paid for.

I think the FIPK Gen II is great! I enjoyed installing it, it sounds bad ass, performance is subjective, but I think it's great there too.
I had to wait quite a while for my K&N FIPK Gen II to be in stock, as it was a new item, and you're right, I have not seen many on S2000's either.
My only crit would be that it's not as flashy looking as some of the other intakes.
I would buy it again - without hesitation.

Very nice and well kept

the ground wire looks nice!! does it come with mounting bracket for the box??
[B]DON"T BUY THESE PRODUCTS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PERFORMANCE GAINS
THEY DO NOTHING!!!
The Hot Inazma Hyper Voltage System (the box) consists of 3 wires... 2 attached to the box and one free wire, 2 flat aluminum rails (bendable to create custom mount), 1 pre fab aluminum mounting piece that the box mounts to, and 1 square piece of double-sided adhesive with a thick rubber core ( for simple mounting ).
I wanted to take advantage of the look of this box, so I mounted it in a very visible spot ( the only place I could really fit it too )
My other option was to use the adhesive strip and stick it to the side of the battery... but batteries come and go over time so that seemed a bad idea.
Plus, it would have been difficult to route all the wires.
The Voltage System ( box ) was simple to install: one wire to the Neg bat term, one wire to the pos bat term and one wire to the chassis.
The Ground System was a pain in the ass!!!
This 2 part setup looks cool once you got it in, but I'm not sure it's worth all the trouble of placing wires so they won't rub on anything, designing and redesigning their layout, and going through about a 100 zip ties, and major back ache lol
Every time you mess with it, you have to disconnect the negative battery cable which resets the Computer. In my opinion it was not worth the $351 total I spent for both systems.
If you are still interested in the box, I'd be happy to show you the best way to mount it.
