Default Just picked up a 2003 S2k

Hello all, just wanted to say hi. I recently purchased a 2003 S2k. This is my 14th Honda/Acura product. I traded in my 04 6-speed Accord for my S2k. I also own a 2004 Acura RSX A-Spec. I am looking foward to making this car the Honda of my dreams.

Congratulations! Please remember when buying used, it is a good idea to check your tires. Many folks have the wrong sizes, mis-matched brands, worn out S-02s. Once you start pushing the car, its not good to find out that you have a tail happy car in the middle of a 50mph offramp. A quick scan of the board will show about 1/2 dozen recent "I just got my car and I lost control" type threads. Good luck and remember this drives VERY different than your RSX-S

Yeah I used to work @ a Honda dealership for a long time till i finished up with my degree, so I have driven many S2000's. But I figured im young and I want a real sports car now not when im 50, no offence to all the old S2k members . It is a Honda Certified car so its got new tires all around. Since its used I need to do a lil cosmetic work to it first. Lil chips here and there, going to get a carbon fiber hood and a chin spoiler. One thing though is one of the headlights has got a glaze on it, anyone know how to get ride of it.

That's good that you're familiar with the car, but remember, if they're not OE S-02s, the rear size better not be 225 or they're too small!
