Both the dealer and the customer should inspect the car before leaving. I usually let the dealer do the delivery checklist as I do my own checks at the same time.

Ok -- but why did you do that? I would never buy a used vehicle without a test drive and inspection.

If it's Honda Certified it definitely should have been inspected. However, Honda CPO vehicles come with an extended warranty and it doesn't sound like yours is one.

I did the test drive..what I wrote above is when I got the key and try to come home..
But as soon as I saw the issue, I did not take the car out..
