K&N FIPK

Default K&N FIPK

I was looking through some websites to buy this FIPK and i see that they have 2 kinds, one is smog legal and the other is not. i was wondering if anyone knew what the difference was??? http://www.hopupracing.com/enpe9.html

I researched this before I purchased my FIPK intake. There is apparently no difference. The FIPK used to be called the AirCharger before it was CARB certified. They may have some leftover stock with the old name.

They might be trying to fool you into thnking that since one says 'Off-Road' that it will perform better because it is not legal to use on the highway or a race part.

Do a search on the forums for AirCharger and you'll see its the same thing as the FIPK
