Default Kaminari CF hood

I suspect it may just be a top overlay on fiberglass. Am I right? Tried to search this but couldnt find an answer.

Apparently you didn't try to search for their phone number.

Thanks for the info guys. Even you camera obscura! I think after doing a little more research, I'm going to stay away from this hood. There are clearence issues with the stock airbox (which isnt a problem for me,as I have the AEM V2, but if I ever wanna re-sell....) and I think issues with strut bar clearance as well. Guess I'll keep looking.

All Kaminari hoods are very very heavy. It's definitely much heavier than stock.

That said, most aftermarket wet-carbon hoods weigh more than stock, although not as much as the Kaminari.

PS - carbon fiber with a fiberglass shell is the same thing as all carbon fiber. When it's wet carbon, they weigh nearly the same and are nearly the same strength. The wet carbon is mostly for looks. You get to feel fast and furious! Too soon junior!
