I have to ask then, what's the difference in leaving in on foam insulation then the typical ground?
In addition to what others have said

the foam blocks I use are 2" thick, by the time the car has settled down into them I have effectively raised the car 2.75"+ off the ground. This extra height allows for more airflow, thus helping to reduce condensation issues for people like me who do not have a heated garage, thus the inside of the garage goes through some big temp swings from clear sunny days to nights.

On this website and they said that it's better to leave the car on the jack stand. Seems like people have different opinions.

Fancy website does not always translate into correct information...

Triple H,

Might be a crazy question but will I have to jack up the car and lower it on top of the foam?

Ideally, a vehicle in storage should be placed on blocks to remove all weight from the tires. If the vehicle cannot be put on blocks, follow these steps for tire protection:

Completely unload the vehicle so that minimum weight will be placed on the tires
Inflate tires to recommended operating pressure plus 25%. Ensure that the rim manufacturer
