Kelly Blue Book Trade-in Value
Anybody out there trade in their S2k? Kelly Blue Book trade in value for a 2001 S2k with 5000 miles is $32,225. Hard to believe. Curious as to how close this is to any actual trade ins.
Most dealers pay little attention to Kelly: in most cases I think their "Bible" is the NADA guide (www.nadaguides.com).
Four times that I've compared KBB numbers with those in the "real world" the KBB numbers were higher. This was the case for an '89 Honda Accord, '92 Acura Integra, '96 Crown Victoria, and '96 Mustang GT convertible. In one case, an '89 Civic Si hatchback, the KBB numbers were lower than what I sold the car for

Here's mine for the DFW area:

About what one would expect, methinks
