Key cap quality control issues
I regret to say that we have serious quality control issues with the first batches of key caps that have been supplied to us by the vendor who makes them. The surfaces are irregular, many of the caps have a minor indentation in the middle where the tab extends from the back, and in too many cases dust and other foreign matter has settled into the paint.
We simply cannot sell a product of this inferior quality, so we have suspended sales immediately until the vendor can give us assurances that our standards will be met.
If you've ordered key caps and are awaiting delivery, you will have a longer wait until we have a quality product in hand. If you don't want to wait, please email us at information@ricks2k.com and we will provide a refund as soon as we can process it.
If you want to wait, we will make a decision in the next few weeks about whether we want to continue to work with this vendor. If he can supply caps of the quality we seek, we'll ship you the set you ordered. If we decide the vendor cannot raise quality to our standards, we will provide refunds for every order that has been placed.
We apologize for this problem, but we want to do everything possible to offer products of the quality the S2000 community wants and deserves.
I'll be emailing everyone who has placed an order with this message.

Rick, this is why you guys are great to do business with! You always offer great products and more importantly, great customer service.
BTW, I am not surprised at all with quality issues if you are getting these from the guy at Majestic Performance, not sure if this is true or not, but if it is, this would not come as a shock to me. They are quite shady to do business with from what I have experienced with them.
