Also s2k member "coopmike" since you seem to not be happy with us I went ahead and refunded your money hopefully this will make you happy!

I am glad that the buyers are starting to get tracking #'s and even some plugs. But a few posts above, the seller "makes" me happy by refunding my money, and he actually did. Thank you Matt, but this note to a customer was definitely uncalled for...

I am one of the original mail order customers. How is waiting over 30 days not being patience even when you are told the plugs have been re-mailed, on Sept 17, and nothing ever shows up?

I commend you for keeping everyone up-to-date and working hard, but do not tell me (and other customers) that their plugs have shipped without actually shipping the plugs and then wonder why they think something is not right with the deal when two weeks go by and still no plugs. You wouldn't have refunded my money if they had shipped, so why tell me there on there way when they aren't?

"We squared things up with the post office and they were sent media mail somehow and are on their way. Delivery is taking longer since its media mail, but some people have already received them so you should soon too. Thanks for your patience."
Guess what... it's Oct 2 and no plugs. Would you be think something is up? YES.
