Unfortunately, I'm rather disappointed.

The color didn't match, but he stated it so no big deal. However, 2 of the plugs never fit securely and consequently, fell out only after 3 days of being installed.

Contacted the seller about a refund and was disappointed with reply/response I received where he stated that he wasn't responsible for "lost or stolen" plugs. Had they fit correctly, they wouldn't have fell out -- as they weren't stolen or lost.

I wasn't offered replacement plugs either.

Do you think it possible the spring on your keyhole was inhibited by dirt of some other problem that caused them to fall out? If they didn't fit securely then you could expect them to fall out. You should have looked into the poor fit further instead of complaining here. The common man would. Sour grapes don't go far on this board.
I did my best to clean the holes prior to installation and after realizing they never fit securely, I swapped the plugs from hole to hole with no luck.

No big deal, but I guess I didn't like that he assumed mine were lost or stolen.
