hello
i was thinking... is there a "graceful way to mount a laptop in the S2K? it would be nice to use a full screen nav system, take all the mp3s along, or watch DVDs on a 15 inch screen
has this been done before? maybe some kind of foldaway flexible arm?

have u seen these before? you can mount a touch screen monitor in your car then connect it to your laptop. there are a few websites for this here is one i found http://www.carcpu.com/ if u look on nasioc.com there are a few people running them on there rides.
That toy is just a car accident waiting to happen.....But it's still pretty neat. I just don't think it belongs in a car. Maybe you can get away with it in an Escalade or something but a 2 seat sports car wouldn't be the best Idea. Dialing a phone is hard enough....

lemme clarify...
i would never be using this while driving... maybe a glance over at the nav screen, but not more
i would want this for the passenger maily, the ability to tilt it in my direction, and have it be foldaway, so that i may get it out of the way too
this cannot be harwired; that would suck

Ahh, I see. We use a really small laptop for GPS when we travel. It fits nicely in a case under the seat when not in use. Plus we get to take advantage of wireless internet in the hotls. That might be a better option then that Car PC thingy...
