2007 will be the last year!
2 years ('00-'01) before we got some moderate changes
2 more years ('02-'03) and we got some significant changes
2 more years ('04-'05) and we got some moderate changes
2 more years ('06-'07) and it's done!

My Uncle who is a Test drive for HONDA here in SOCAL has been working with Honda for over 10years and he was jsut here at my house and out of no where while looking at my Ap1 said that Honda is going to discontinue the S2K in 2-3 years but will be replacing it under the Acura Line for the US......

You may not know this yet, but I'll let you in on a little secret. 2005 is the last year for the S2K. I know, the 2006 has been announced and the first ones are probably already on their way across the Pacific. The problem is that they will never arrive because "the sky is falling" and the Earth will be destroyed. OK, so you've heard this before and it didn't happen, but this is the real deal. I know because this guy heard it from a friend who knows the cousin of a gardner who lives next to a guy who is an amateur astronomer and he told me. Don't know about you, but I'm glad that I got my S2K while there were still some flat areas to drive on. Well, I'll see you around ... on second thought ... maybe not.

2000 was the last year. The car I own is actually a Honda S2001. Honda just issues a recall for me to come in and have all model markers changed.
The absolute last year will by MY9999. After 9999, it will be too expensive to upgrade to a five digit year.
By the way, any of you who thought you escaped disaster with your computer with the year 2000 bug, just wait until January 1, 10,000. That's when the S will really hit the fan.
