Fixed.

For some reason the shoppin cart using the wrong calculations. I fixed it down to $10 for international orders for the AL knobs. I have to force it. Not the way I wanted to fix it, but it is fixed for now.

I don't know what you are seeing. It works right for me. Try it again, but but first empty the your shoipping cart. That will reset everything. It remembers who you are from session to session.
