Got mine on this afternoon shortly after it arrived, and spent the afternoon and evening driving around town. The knob feels great! It took me a little bit to get used to the different shape in my handd, but I like it a lot!

The clear sidemarkers look good, but they don't seem to be as bright as the stock ones. Not a big deal really...more of an observation than complaint. I may try some amber wedge bulbs in them even though the bulb color will show through some.

Anyhow...thanks for the quick shipping guys!

Use Loc-Tite Blue. The installation document covers this. Put a few drops on the threads on the shifter, install the knob and let it dry. Besure to use blue and not red. YOu can get it at any autoparts store, or Home Center (Home Depot, Lowes)
thanks...i didn't see any instructions in the box and i looked through the ricks installation instructions and did not see any info on this (other than clean shifter threads, attach new knob, etc....)

i'll try the loc-tite!
