Default ? leaking covercraft on my s2k ?

I recently purchased the covercraft weathershield thru that guy Mike (Mike's Custom Car Care Products eBay Storeon ebay) that a bunch of others on here bought from. Anyway, it was $200 and painless enough. I cover ir every night, and I find I can now go 2 weeks instead of 3-4 days without washing it, which is good. However, it rained on the cover last night for the first time. When i took it off this am, there was some water on the trunk, roof, and hood (and more than just a few drops). The car wasn't soaked, though, so it mostly worked. Also, some mornings after a clear night, I'll find a little bit of water under the cover on the car - just dew or condensation i thought. Same thing with the rain? Did rain leak thru? Did I get a "fake" car cover? It doesn't say the words covercraft or weathershield on it, just nextec on the front fender area. Thanks - Mike

this is more than a couple of drops... On the non rainy nights, it was only a few drops, but this am (after rain) there was a lot more. Now I'm worried i got same cheap-o fake cover.

Thanks - Mike

Mine definitely leaked, and I followed their washing instructions religiously. It's a great cover, but I wouldn't trust it to keep the car dry.
