Default Leaking roof

Hi, This is my 2nd Honda that has leaked and im wondering if this is bad luck or a probelem on the model. Its '06 model only done 40k, roof in good condition and i look after it. The seals are fine too. The issue is the water is some how getting into the metal runners on the inside of the hood and then when i move of the drive in the morning ater heavy rain it comes out all over me. Has anyone else experienced this or has any ideas how to solve it? Thanks
