Default Leaky A pillar

I have a leak but cannot figure out where it may be coming from. Water leaks inside the A pillar cover and down around the ecu (not good). Anyone have any idea where its coming from. From what I can tell there are two possibilities. One being the windshield seal(possible, but i doubt it) And the other being the convertible top seal that presses up against the body of the car (windsheild frame) where the top is latched. Could I buy some sealer if thats the problem and pull the rubber away from the windshield frame enough to run a bead down through there?

try using some silicone on the seals.

use the shin-etsu brand that honda stocks in its parts network. the dealer won't know what you're talking about, but H&A does stock it.

do a search for shin-etsu on the board. I know the part # has been posted several times.. so the dealer should be able to find it
