Are leases assignable? (sellable)?

Hey.....wonder where I could get this in writing..... i wouldn't mind that...i also think it would be easy for me to have someone take over a $327 lease payment on a S2000...even if it was 2 years old.
Any chance you could point me in the right direction to get it in writing....thanks...Scot
