Default Leather Question

Has anyone tried repairing the seats? I noticed this past weekend that I have a rip in my driver's seat...

Any suggestions

Thanks
J

leather is always hard to repair, and usually once done you'll always have some type of scuff mark around the area that it was ripped...

since you have black seats (i'm asuming) you could use that liquid leather thing... it works if you do it right...... i would only use it on black leather, cuase its' easier to match and it blends in easier....but it'll never be the same...

and when i used to work for wilsons leather we'd send our jackets out to a tailor in hayattsville md. and what he would do is put a patch on the inside and glue the rip together. but you can still see where it's been ripped before if you look hard enough...and the lighter the color, the more the scuff mark shows...

Talk to 2002S2K from Townsend Leather. I know he posts in Wash & Wax, and he was also at Fall Colors.

If anyone would know what can be done, he would.
