Default Leather seats - color fading?

I have a '02 Suzuka Blue on order and I was wondering if the non-black leather seats (red or blue) tend to fade with time. Does the leather get yellowish? I'd like to hear from people who've had their S2K for 2 years+. Thanks!

I've had mine more than two years and the black seats are still black as ever. I realize this doesn't help you much, but at least it's a starting point. I haven't done anything at all to maintain my seats, other than wiping them off or vacuuming once in a while.

Click "Clubs", then "Bay Area S2000 Owners" to get in touch with local owners. I'm sure several in the San Jose area will let you look at their red interiors and decide for yourself how the color holds up.

I had my 00 Silverstone/Red for 2 years, the red of the seat doesn't fade away at all.

although proper clean and polish are recommend.

No expert but the colored plastic and vinyl parts may fade faster than the leather.
