Some of you may remember my post's last summer regarding my son's 4th of July accident with a stop sign running Civic.
Believe it or not, the case is still not settled.
I am hearing rumblings that the other insurance company may choose to mount a defense claiming my kid was exceeding the speed limit, therefore contributing to the accident. This is bull**** but I feel we must have our ducks in a row nonetheless.
