Default Leaving car parked with the top down?

Has anyone ever encountered problems with people trying to mess with their car when leaving it parked with the top down?

I had my radar detector stolen this past sunday night in front of a pool hall... Usually I'm good about not leaving anything in the open but since i've never had any problems at this place I figured I'd leave it down... Big mistake, and it was right in front of the doors to the place so i figured it'd be safe...

oh well, that'll teach me...

No problem here....so far....(knock on wood)

But I usually leave the windows up so it makes it harder to reach in unless they jump on the back of my trunk.

But I dont leave anything showing inside....

Me too, and no problems yet. Knock-on-wood.

I feel that the sun is more an enemy. Also, I've had the "Mother Nature Interior Carwash Special" twice. Won't happen again I can assure you.

I close it even at work where I can keep an eye on it. Just not worth the risk. Even though the car does kind of look ugly with the top up

Don't give anyone the chance not worth the anger that would envelop me.
