Something similar happened to me several years back, only I was the perpetrator. I had a red '89 Ford Probe GT, and I accidentally got in and sat down into another very similar one parked a few spaces from mine.

A few moments after I sat down inside the car, I realized it wasn't mine and got the heck out.

Here's the freaky thing - my key actually worked in the other car! This was before every car came with a remote fob, and I guess there really weren't that many unique keys made for the car - just dumb luck.

Yeah, dark hair? I bet it was the same lady. Not sure how she thought your car was her's though, her's seemed pretty beat, and I am sure your's was spotless. Maybe she was just checking out how nice those 09 seats are, I know it is difficult for me to not hop in everytime I see them.
Her car was pretty beat up. And yes, dark hair.
09 seats are nice.

That and the lock cylinders wore out very quickly. I was never locked out of my Probe since a flathead screwdriver would easily unlock the driver's side door.

Very believable story to me......women are clueless for the most part when it comes to vehicle recognition.

Sucks she wasnt hot and it didnt end a cooler way.

So if she knows her car is a Honda and she got into the wrong car that looks just like hers how is it possible that she don't believe you when you tell her your car is a Honda too??
