I like them! I think they'd be better if the LEDs were inside the housing though.
I want to see a picture of a set that's on the top edge of the headlight, so it looks more menacing and mean.

i tried putting them on top of the headlight, but it felt awkward imo. wasn't horrible though. yea, i agree i want the leds on the inside also, but i felt lazy. already cracked em open once to change the diffuser. too much damn hassle, lol.

^^ You're not lying! I will never ever do my headlights again. If I ever bought another s2k and wanted LEDs I will pay someone to do it for me.

Yes - his SN is w1ngman - he does swapouts if you send him your lights. I like the rings because they mimic the LEDs in the AP2 tail lights and they kind of float in the head light assembly.

I like the idea of the strips as well, but insid the light assembly. Also the one set I've seen with LEDs in the diffusers as well looked cool.
Thanks Matt . For those that are interested in my work, feel free to shoot me a PM

...Here is another pic of my work

And my Avatar shows 'em in action during the daytime

Best Regards,

Dave

Take them off imo. Just as another poster said, looks like christmas lights and out of place in the summer season.

That ring is nice. I can't tell from the pic how it is mounted though...and is that *another* HID glass lense in the center of the ring? If so, how does the glass lense positively or negatively affect the high beam's light output?

Very neat!
