Hi guys not sure if ive posted in the right section but my low beams stopped working so i checked it out and the bulb was fine so i took the bulb out and turned the lights on and it didnt make any noise, is that a definite that the ballast is gone or could it be something else?

This should probably go in Under The Hood.

First thing I would check though is to swap the bulbs to make sure. If the same bulb lights on the other side, then the ballast is the next step

 

yep i did that and it did light up on the other side. Not sure how to change ballasts though is it a simple procedure?
