Default Is it legal?

To sell a front clip with title? Or do I need to sell the entire shell?

Different states have different regulations. Why don't you give your local DMV a buzz

Depends on the buyer's wants and needs. It is their (buyers) responsibility to know if they need the title or not. I would assume they would if they are building a car with it, otherwise no...it's just a bunch of parts

Well I had a guy today want me to cut the vins from the dash door and dash. And to purchase the ecu ign locks and keys.

I told him no. To me it sounded as if his car was stolen because that's exactly what you would need if it was.... Damn shady people.
