Wow, that sucks Wes. Sorry to hear about all of this. So where did your other mechanic go? Did he relocate to another dealership?
Anyway keep us posted on the outcome and good luck!

Good luck Wes. I feel your pain. I just had the Speedcraft kit installed on my car in January, and have had numerous problems ever since. Several members here told me before I bought the kit that it would take time, money, and patience to get everything working properly. They were absolutely right. Keep us all updated on your progress.

Hey Wes I didn't think things had gone that bad for you. I Know how you feel I have been having your experience for 10 1/2 months. I have been ripped off by 2 shops and have pawned my life into my project. cjb80 just finished all of the work on my car and he went to start it. Well the new engine that Mike built is no good. The head gasket never sealed. Today I rented a Uhaul truck to spend with Mike getting a new engine.. The truck misfires big time and is getting 3 miles to the gallon I drove my car back up to Tampa and I am leaving Sunday late so I can spend the day with my wife, which by the way she is pregnant and we have a 8 month old girl. My project has been a nightmare at times but I have to move on. I too am very depressed and I am struggling in every way. I know your car will be up and running soon. Also you should wrap your turbo it has been cooking the power steering cables, it is way too hot under the hood.. Good luck to you and to everyone struggling ...Alex

Sorry to hear about all the troubles, but it will be worth all the work and effort that you've put into it. Learning is a GOOD thing.

So I guess we'll be seeing a lot more videos popping up on the board when all is working. I'd like to be the cameraman for a few of those, please!

You have more patience than me, I'd be all "bugged out" over this. Good luck the rest of the way!

If you knew Wesmaster's history, he's been through this several times before. He takes a lot of pain before he gets his pleasure. Automotively speaking, that is.
