what do you mean relocate the holes? on the plate or the bracket? Thanks

i ordered one a while ago, should've ordered the ricks, probably would've had it by now.

I have the S2X CF frame i the back
The BYS is made for a Japanese plate and the holes in the liscense plate (US) are too close together, you need to relocate them to mount a US plate on it.

If you look at the stock holes on the bumper there are two per side The inner ones are for US and probably some other plates while the outer ones are for Japanese plates.

No plate in the front. No frame in the rear. I'm not into advertising for anyone on my car. Been thinking lately having a front plate might help protect the bumper if someone should 'tap' the front end.

I don't have a plate on right now, but I do have a Rick's in the garage should I ever have to mount one.

Thankfully I don't need a front plate in my state, but if had to use one, I think I'd mount it inside the front bumper's opening and not where the pre-drill holes are. Several S owners have done versions of this and I think it looks a lot better.

The rear has a place to mount one already, so I'm not sure what you're asking.
But the reason Rick's style holders are slanted is so the plate doesn't impede air flow for cooling. I think even the stock location allows for more air flow than inside the front bumper, if you're mounting the way I think you are.

I still have the stock dealer plate frame from "Dobbs Honda"

I hate it, I just can't find a cool one

No front liscense plate despite it being illegal, it looks to good without it to care.

Rear is just mounted on the stock located with a basic black liscense plate frame.
