License Plate Holder
Question about Ricks front plate for those of you who have had them for a while.
The tab under the bolt is awfully short, I am concerned that after lots and lots of miles, the wind pressure will cause a crack in the plastic front bumper from flexing. Not sure I am explaining it correctly so let me try again.
The plate because it is not supported at the bottom as it would be with the OEM bracket is going to flex with the wind flow. The wind is going to push the bottom of the plate up against the body, where the bracket bolts on the "tab" is short, so it does not support the flexing. I am afraid over time the tab will dig into the plastic bumper.
If I am not making sense I can throw a photoshopped picture on the web to help explain it. I threw up a picture anyway

But those of you who have had this for a long time can answer it for me, has any damage showed up to the front of your car.
