Life after S
An RX-7 would be the next "Most Fun Car to Drive" I would think. I can say from experience but have always been a huge FD fan. My next car will be an 06 S2000 though. If I didn't get another S2000, an EVO or M3 would be the first cars I would test drive. Both cars are probably fast but I question the reliability of each. For now I'm content with the S. Happy car hunting.

I've been in the habit of buying a new car every few years, but my S is the first car in over 5 years that I've kept more than 12 months.
I've thought about what car I'd like to own next (911, M3, NSX), but I'm afraid nothing will measure up to the "fun to drive" factor of the S.
Anyone have any stories of trading their S in and experiencing buyer's remorse?

I almost traded in my 04 s2000 on a 04 m3 but even though it was faster it wasn't as fun to drive. I decided to order a hardtop for my s2000 and want and see what the new Z06 will come out with.
C6 without a doubt! 4.2 0-60 would be unbelievable for under 55K in a reliable package. My last car before my S was a 2001 Z28 6spd. I put 100K on it from Nov 01 to Nov 03 and had absolutely no problems. The LS1 was awsome quick and easy as hell to mod. Hard to believe now that I could add 40-50 Hp for 1500 to 2000 dollars. Only thing is I don't know how much I would enjoy the depreciation and the feeling in my gut knowing I was thrashing a 50K car.My .02,
