Default limp mode help (f20c in ae86) *video inside

i have a f20c in my ae86. just a little history about it. my car ran good for a week of driving. then it just wouldn't start. changed the fuel pump, re soldered some better (used) o2 sensors i had laying around and now it idles. i was having a weird throttle problem where it can idle correctly but when you step on the gas it dies. i changed the map sensor with an integra one i had laying around (not sure if volts are different). but now it can actually run n drive. BUT, driving it, its in limp mode where it picks up realllly slow.

bay has been repainted so not sure if the grounds are the best. i have 6 grounds and one of them is directly from the - terminal straight to the intake mani.
i have a 70mm omni throttle body.
tps is adjusted correct (from a buddy)
from shipping, the map was damage from shipping, which im not sure if that made a difference since i did drive the car fine for a week. and the rear cam positioning sensor (sensor b) was broken and cracked so when i pull that plug my car doesn't do anything.
blocked off air pump

i just ordered a brand new pre-cat oe o2 sensor so we'll see how it does after that.
reading on one forum some guys were saying i might have to check the cam gears if their off on cam timing, n two of the guys said they checked it and that was it. seem common?

well here's a vid of my car after warming it up for 5 mins then giving it a little and full throttle as well as taking the tps and map off.
