I'm having a really hard time decieding which one I want to go with, NextMod just released their J's Type lip, and I saw that Seibon CF one at pretty much the same price. I'm going to paint over both, but I cant decied if I want to tape up the vents in the Seibon one, to leave some CF showing, or to paint it all. I don't know what the NextMod one is made of, but if it's ABS then I might get that one since it may bend a little bit, just for safety.

Anyways, I know it's all up to me, but if you were in my place, which would you go with, and why? Thanks in advance.

 

On a GPW AP1, the OEM lip will look best IMO. But out of the two you have above I would say the Nextmod lip as long as you paint it

 

I believe the NextMod lip is fiberglass, and you probably will get better fitment as they claim prefect fitment and test fitment for every lip. With the Seibon it might be a hit or miss on fitment though.

What do you want more? Better fitment (NextMod) or C/F (Seibon)

haha, well not exactly yet. I thought that the seibon would be more expensive, but it's actually cheaper! $340.90 shipped for seibon and $369.99 from NextMod, which I believe they charge sales tax for Ca. Which would be me, so almost $400 for the NextMod and $340 for the Seibon, still cant decied.

To make matters worse, there is a guy selling a BYS Type 2 front lip for the AP1 bumper in the bay!

 

^ Go with the BYS...that lip is awsome and rare.

 

 

actually next mod is in canada if I remember correctly. and seibon is here in california.
