makes me rage i hate old people, once you turn 65 you should be tested for your license every 1-2 years... HOW MANY GOD DAMN TIMES DO YOU SEE SOME OLD PERSON THATS IS PLASTERED TO THE WINDSHIELD BARELY ABLE TO STAY ON THE ROAD

cool, you get a free paint job on the front end. I bet you had some rock chips anyway. take it to a good shop and it'll be better than when you bought it. If you wanted a different front bumper now's your chance.

not that it would matter anyway for drunk drivers.

I can't believe that someone with alcohol on their breath could go scot free after driving over a planter into someone else's car. It may or may not have been the deciding factor in the accident but is absolutely unforgivable IMO. You should have been given an option to press charges or something...
