Default Little brother just bought an S

Well I just talked my brother through his first car purchase (over the phone that is). He bought a 05 Berlina Black S with 68xxx miles for 15k. He was able to talk them down to 15. They wanted 18k for it. I told him don't pay more than 15, and if they don't take it to walk out and leave cause it wasn't worth 18. He offered them 15k and they said no. So he said alright, walked out to his car waited a few seconds and started to back out, and then the salesman came running after him and said they could do 15...lol. He just texted me and said they're doing the paperwork right now. So he'll be joining the site soon. He's down in LA at Barksdale AFB, so for you guys down there you'll be seeing him around.

I've seen them go for less also, also seen them go for more. Depends on the condition of the car. Also depends on what part of the country you live in, there are tons of things that will lower or raise the price of a vehicle. Congrats to your friend for getting a year newer car with less miles for the same amount.

He's happy with the purchase. Funny thing is that the S is gonna be his DD. He has a soon to be 500+ HP Civic hatch as his weekend car. I told him he was all backwards...lol
