Longevity of F22C vs. F20C
Well, got AC power back and hi-speed as well, so here I am - home base is still looking Isabeled.
Here is a new take on the now old 04 vs. everything that came before debates.
Will the F22C provide longer engine reliability?
1) It will have marginally higher piston speed - not so good
2) It will have a 1000 rpm lower redline - good, if the previous "Honda engineer" statement that the last 1000 rpm put twice the strain on the engine
3) The greater torque around town will allow short shifting - good for reliability.
So which engine will see 120k miles?
Let the drum beating begin!
